  • Dr. Barbra Portzline, is the President at Organizational Rebel® LLC , the founder of Organizational Rebel.LIFE an online community, and the co-developer of the P6 Assessment.

    As an Organizational Intuitive she has a calling to help folks find the most efficient path to improving People, Processes, Practices, Promotions, Productivity & Profit.

    With close to two decades of hands-on engagement in coaching, practicing, consulting, and teaching, Dr. Barbra Portzline has first-hand experience in the ebb and flow of individual and organizational growth and the pitfalls, challenges, opportunities and dynamics that fuel successful individuals and businesses. 

    With a background in clinical psychology, organizational development, and business transformation she brings rich expertise, a deep understanding of the underlying subtleties present in the workplace, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion to educate and the sheer talent required to work within complex organizational structures. 

    Her work supports a cross-discipline, integrated approach to strategy, based on real-time data collection and analysis.

    Barbra is extremely active within the performance improvement community.  Currently, she is an Associate with the ROI Institute, the Director of Organizational Development at Entereza, Inc., and an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Mexico.

  • Elizabeth Benton has 8 years of experience in management, performance and organizational development consulting. Not only does she have significant experience facilitating strategic growth and implementing learning solutions for organizations, she also holds experience in sales promotion and branding. 

    For several professional associations and small businesses, Elizabeth has managed social media channels by developing and outputting high quality, engaging and consistent content. 

    She is best at building strong, strategic partnerships and listening to her clients to ensure she is delivering sales promotions and organizational development strategies that add the most value to her clients’ businesses. She loves to develop approaches to helping organizations and people realize their highest potential.

  • Karen Boise

    Karen Boise is the founder/owner of Compelling Exploration LLC and a consultant, certified coach, and facilitator. She is an avid Hope and Confidence researcher and using her proprietary HOPE Model she coaches action taking, forward-focused individuals through honest, open, possible exploration leading her clients to their desired result and outcome. Karen believes that being hopeful, self-assured and confident at work, in our relationships and our lives in general are the keys to reaching the goals and obtaining the dreams we dream. Karen is a published author writing blogs and magazine articles and is one of eleven authors in the recently released book Voices: Women Braving It All to Live Their Purpose. On the personal side, she loves hanging out with her husband and two sons and spending time with close friends. Skiing, golfing, writing, reading and traveling are just a few of her favorite things and she strives to always enjoy life and being happy.
